Terms of Service

1. Payment
All digital downloads, prints, and products must be paid in full at checkout. No files are delivered until payment is received.

2. Digital Downloads
All digital sales are final once downloaded. Please back up your files — replacements cannot be issued for loss or damage after delivery.

3. Prints & Products
Colours may vary slightly from screen to print. All print/product orders are final. Replacements are only offered for manufacturing defects.

4. Usage Rights
Purchases include a personal‑use licence only. Images may not be edited, altered, filtered, cropped, or used commercially without written permission. Copyright remains with Shift Protocol.

5. Social Media Use
Clients may share purchased images on their personal social media accounts provided that Shift Protocol is credited and tagged in the caption, comments, and/or directly on the image. Use on business, sponsor, team, brand, or commercial pages requires written permission and appropriate licensing.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
Digital files, prints, and delivered products are non‑refundable. Session retainers are non‑refundable but may be transferable at the Photographer’s discretion.

7. Editing
All delivered images are edited in the signature style of Shift Protocol. RAW files are not provided. Additional retouching may be accommodated, however, will incur additional fees.

8. Privacy & Promotion
Selected images may be used for the portfolio and/or promotional material of Shift Protocol. Clients may request, in writing, that certain images are excluded from Shift Protocol's use based on privacy or other reasons. These situations will be negotiated with the client on a case-by-case basis, and a discount applied if required.
